why does the website not allow you to use Gift Cards. Domino’s website has zero support. It often will also rout my order to the wrong store on pickup as well. Then the unfortunate people at the store have to apologizes for dominos corp lack of commitment.

I wouldn’t even give it a star. The managers are a joke. I was upset it’s on the wall 20% of discount of any order. He comes back saying it’s only online. I stood their looking for it online that was a lie. So as the manager he doesn’t know what Dominos is promoting. I went to the store to order and pick .pizza so it’s not like I was asking them to deliver. He’s customer service skills were completely awful I’m never going back to this store.

Horrible today, really very disappointed. It took the driver 45 minutes to arrive and all ingredients where on a side out the dough! We order exactly the same once a week, almost every week and it never comes the same pizza…full of sauce and almost no ingredients…

They have people there that want you to check your orders, instead of them looking at the receipt in hand and giving out the wrong order. I ordered 3 medium pizzas, got home with 2 mediums and 1 large! Pizza was good!

The pizza was very soggy, sauce dripping into the box, Alfredo with steak was hard and dry. I tipped the guy anyways cause it’s cold as hell outside. Very unsatisfied with my order.
