I stopped in for a quick burrito. The food and service was great, but the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. There was food all over the floor in the kitchen to the point where it looked like it had been thrown around. A table in the back had food and drink containers sitting out. I used the bathroom, and that was also in horrible shape, especially the toilet. I have worked in fast food places and know things get messy when you’re working at a quick pace, but my goodness, run a broom through the place. There’s no excuse for the condition of this restaurant. I will never go back to this location.

I clearly walked in as they were preparing a large to go order. Wow! I was greeted with, be with you in a moment, a gentleman took over preparing the to go, sent over a worker, pleasant young man, prepared my order perfectly, nice young lady checked me out, I was in and out under 5 minutes. My 1 regret is I did not get the team members names. The 4 star for atmosphere is only because I did not dine in.Kudos Waconia Qdoba!! Fantastic service. Thank you!

We went in at 9 when the hours online & the doors say they close at 10. It was three workers who already had food completely out of the warmers & were all cleaned up for the day. Upon entering the workers seemed severely irritated by our presence. They had us ordering, another customer, as well as several mobile orders still coming in. While fulfilling the mobile orders the one employee was mumbling about how ridiculous this was. They scooped everything out of plastic disposable cups as they no longer had serving spoons out resulting in the food portion being quite small. I was overall disappointed in the whole experience.

Love Qdoba’s food and I really want to continue to go there, but it’s getting really hard when you see how dirty it is in the dinning area. The pop machines are sooo gross, never cleaned and rarely work. There are always towels shoved under the machines and the rug is soaked all the time. The floor looks like they haven’t sweeped much less moped in months and for sure never moved any furniture to clean around. If they don’t care to clean the dining area I’m afraid to see the kitchen. It’s such a shame all the restaurant around are clean as a whistle. The Waconia Qdoba is in need of a serious cleaning, PLEASE clean it’s so disgusting. I really want to continue to eat there but if it continues down this path, don’t think that I can.

Stopped in for dine in, and regretted decision, the dining room was a really filthy, dirt caked in corners near receptacles, floor looked like it hadnt been swept in a long time, and made me cringe wondering what the kitchen was like if the front was so bad. Food was fine as was the service person that helped me, but this was my only second time there, and it hadnt improved from the first experience which had the same dirty problem. I love Qdoba, but wont use the Waconia location again.

Absolutely unacceptable. Trash overflowing onto the floor, not a clean table anywhere. One free style machine broken and bleeding, the other would only dispense diet pop. Food preparers looked like they showered weekly at best. Women’s bathroom was out of order. Now… On to the food. Tasteless and luke warm. My chicken burrito was blessed with burnt bits of something. If this is my last review, it is because of food poisoning. You folks should be ashamed. My wife and I will not be back.
