Pho 11 was a really nice and fairly priced eatery. There are bathrooms and wheelchair accessible ramps, though it is on the side, for whomever needs it. With the main selling point being Pho, I can confirm that the pho is very tasty and is delivered to you quickly after you order. You can order from the kiosk on the side of the restaurant when you enter which I found very nice as it was my first time getting pho and I wanted to explore my options.

We were working in Lock Haven which is about 45 min east of state college and this is the only Vietnamese restaurant in the 50 miles radius. That being said, it’s pretty legit for a college town in PA. Pho is always great and the only “complaint” I have is the egg rolls. They are pathetically tiny for the price you paid and it’s just okay.

I love Pho so I was so happy to find this restaurant near the hotel where I had training. The parking lot was empty when we got there close to noon on a Friday. There did seem to be a steady flow of take out orders though. You place your order from a kiosk…easy and self explanatory. Staff starts working on your order immediately and very shortly it is brought out. The Pho and fried egg rolls were very good! The strawberry smoothie I ordered was decent–it had a nice strawberry flavor. It’s made with water/ice and not any kind of milk though. Overall, I enjoyed everything and I would visit again.

Best pho within a 3 hour range of Williamsport we have found so far. Pork chops tasted very good and my wife liked the roast duck. Have not had anything bad or off here yet.
