Good Mexican food. Open in evenings but check Facebook for location on the day you want to go. Our first time visit. Would like to go back to explore the menu. Carne asada tacos excellent. Carne asada fries cooled off too much on the 10’ trip back to camp to be excellent. I’d try the tostadas on the next trip.

Stopped here on a road trip to Cathedral Gorge State Park. Was afraid I had to resort to dehydrated food given the lack of restaurants around. Another food truck to the rescue! I thoroughly enjoyed the tacos while looking at my Taco(ma) at the campground. It was really good.

This food was fabulous and pricing was excellent. The staff was so friendly. There aren’t many places to eat in Panaca, so thank goodness this one was so good! This is a food truck parked on Main St near the west side of town. There’s no outdoor seating, but they’ll pack things to go so you can take it to your AirBNB or have a picnic in Pioneer Park a few blocks away.
