El Cubano Sandwich Shop #2. I keep forgetting this location exists; it’s on the far southwestern corner of Coral Springs, right next to the Sawgrass — you can get off the highway and right here in a minute. It’s not as busy as the first one. I usually don’t go to this one because the other Sample Road location is (marginally) closer to the house. However, this one has more parking, and on Sundays, the original has a Haitian church next door that eats all the spots, so the extra 10-minute drive for me is worth it.

Great place. The lady was very nice. The food was great. Had the vaca frita. The pastries were so good I bought 5. The place was clean. Overall I enjoyed it. This is a small place but a good one. Go and enjoy, I did. Oh and the prices were very fair. I had the lunch special.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich through Uber eats. I checked off no mustard and put no mustard twice in the comments, but they still sent me a sandwich lathered with mustard, disgusting, and inedible. The tater tots were burnt to a crisp. The chicken empanada was greasy and gross. The repayment of the sandwich cost from Uber was hardly adequate as I now do not have lunch. I’ll never order from this place again.

Wasn’t to thrilled with the place.. came here cuz Jass Cuban Cafe in Tamarac was closed on Sundays. I mentioned to the girls attending customers that it would be dine in and it was bagged. Then I ordered scrambled eggs with ham and bacon but just got bacon. However the attending servant offered a free juice.

Left a review in the past and wanted to update my review. El Cubano has become apart of my routine, every singe Saturday I get the most delicious breakfast sandwich and they are nice enough to customize my order every time. I order over the phone and it’s ready in 15 minutes most of the time. Skip Dunkin next door and get a REAL breakfast sandwich, trust me it’s worth it and it’s a better value for money. 10/10 give it a try!
