The flavorful, toasted bun and actual griddle cooked hot dog explain why it took 14 min for this hot dog. Excellent flavor from everything with plenty of onions and cheese. The chili isn’t really made for hot dogs, runny, consider a spoon to drain the liquid if you add to your dog. Might come back to try another item and hope for more personality from Joseph if he takes my order. I’m the end, hot dog and flavor 4-5 stars but customer service and wait time add penalty points for an overall 3 stars.

The only person moving slower that the cook was what I think was the manager on duty who shuffled her feet around trying to decide what to do with a box of paper goods. Seriously, this guy cooking could not have been more disengaged. He only had 3 single order checks and all were red on the screen, which means he was past the expected cook time. My elk burger took more than 10 mins, was burnt and barely edible, and the bread was cold and damp for some reason. This place is awful. Nobody there seems to care one bit about their job and that shows by the list of bad reviews I’m now adding to. As a food service professional myself, I can say with good certainty that the food here is also very likely UNSAFE to eat based on the attitude of the crew and manager I observed. I ate one bite and threw it all in the trash. Shame on you Indy Airport for allowing this to continue.

Very good burger if you can wait 25-30 minutes, longer for chicken. Staff seemed to be trying but not managed well. I had the single patty burger and it had good thick meat, soft thick bun and good trimmings.

I waited 35 minutes at an airport for a $13 burger that was the size of a half-dollar coin. I ordered the burger with no cheese and it came with it anyway. It was alright, but not great, and it was gone in 3 bites. The fries were fried in old oil and tasted rancid. I would not recommend this place.

Waited 45 minutes only to find out they didn’t have my order in the system. I was charged for my meal though. I checked multiple times and they said it was coming up. At my 45 minute check in they admitted they didn’t have it.

This place is atrocious. Very unpleasant lady took our order and informed us that they were unable to do milkshakes. Despite only 3 orders being ahead of ours, it took 22 minutes to get a burger, fries, and kid’s meal.

I was passing through Indiana with my family on June 25th at 5 pm for a flight to Minneapolis. My flight was delayed and my children were hungry. I placed an order on your very confusing kiosk at 544 pm (order id 1681). I patiently waited. My plane began to board at about 5 after 6. I inquired about my food and was told it was coming. My wife text me and said all the passengers were boarded except us at 624. I asked for a refund and was told since I did it on the kiosk I had to go online. I had no time get information, I had to sprint to my gate to my waiting wife and 2 hungry children (9 and 12). I had no food and was out 53$. I called your listed number on July 5th and left a message and got no return call, I called again today and the mailbox was full and was unablele to leave a message. I am very disappointed in this whole experience, and upset my boys had to go on a 2 hour flight hungry because of poor planning on the part of your establishment. I dont believe 30 minutes is acceptable wait time for 4 plain cheeseburgers. I would like to know how to obtain a full refund asap.
