HORRIBLE!!!! I don’t understand how hard is to prepare basic food, this was my 3rd and final order from them with fries and each time the fries are soggy! But what really did it for me was this nasty soup like Mega Fries, let me start with that I have culinary background and canned cheese sauce is NOT Cheddar but the fact that you guys added an abundant amount of this horribly flavored substitute is CRAZY SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE YOUR TAKING MONEY OF THE MOSTLY BLACK COMMUNITY

My husband was not a fan. The pie was undercooked and the gravy/sauce wasn’t flavorful. I have yet to try it myself but it’s only getting 2 stars because they are usually very efficient when we Doordash here… which is often! So I’m surprised my husband didn’t like the pie $16 wasted he said…

Nasty food. My mozzarella sticks looked and tasted like they were microwaved. They had no crisp and were very very light in color. Pizza was dark, hard, and cold. Stopped eating here years ago and decided to see if they could get it right. Never again.

25 min for a basic Blt( had no mayo ) and order of French fries. I waited in my car for maybe 15 min or so. I figured standing in there face would maybe light a spark… Wrong. Two employees pLayed on their phones. I saw the kitchen guy’s place my food among a heap of other food for another five minutes until I asked for it. Like c’mon be reasonable.

My first order came to me in like 25 minutes but it came wrong. I asked them can they bring me the right order and they said ok. Took them an hour and a half to bring it by then I wasn’t hungry anymore. I just wanted a refund. They said they’ll give me the refund soon as I return that nasty and wrong pizza they sent. They finally come picks it up and they still didn’t issue me a refund. I had to call the next day to find out why I didn’t get a refund come to find out it was never issued. They messed up and didn’t even try to accommodate me. Service was just horrible right along with that buffalo chicken that I didn’t order.
