Ordered on Doordash. Food was hot when it was delivered and exactly what I ordered. Got a half of French dip with au jus, and a cup of Broccoli and cheddar soup. A bowl of fruit and a bowl of tomato and cucumber salad in vinegarett. Soup was amazing, salad was perfect as well as the sandwich. Thanks for a healthier option. Will order again.

The food was good and the atmosphere was comfortable. The employees were nice, but there was really no sense of urgency or direction once the food was ordered. The food portions are large and the prices are reasonable. We are interested in trying more of the menu choices when we go back. They do give a military discount.

The Service Was Good. Once I Placed & Received My Order I Checked My Food Per Usual & Discovered A Piece Of HAIR Folded Into The Cheese & Chicken…. I Took It Back To The Counter & They Remade It. Which It Seemed As If I Was Only Waiting For Them To Hand Out Other Orders Because The Food Was Cold As Opposed To The First Sandwich & The Cheese Wasnt Melted. Won’t Be Eating Here Again

Everything about McAlister’s was amazing in particular there is this lady named Janice she was so sweet, and I loved how she treated her customers, she was the only cashier up there yet she was cleaning, taking orders, and making sure everyone was happy.
