Very nice. Very good food and lots of it for the price! I love the teriyaki sauce that comes with the noodles. The steak is about jerry quality but marbled well and not dry! We ordered the steak yakisoba and the habachi shrimp and everything was great. The veggies that came with the food were good but more onions than anything else. It was mostly rice/noodles and a little veggies and meat but it was worth the price!

Stopped in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not much to look at visually but the food is good, the full chicken hibachi got me two meals. The veggies were very well done, not too crunchy, they took their time and cooked them right. Will come back again!

Well it’s another good restaurant going down because of profit. I noticed some months ago that the size of the container changed. Now the prices have gone up and you are getting much more rice than before so that means less meat and veggies. Also steak is being cut smaller.

I usually like coming to this restaurant but overtime the service has become very slow AND my last visit was very dissatisfying. The food they gave my fiancé and I tasted and looked like it had been left out for a very long time. It made me so sick that my body rejected it so quickly, I didn’t even eat the full thing. Not only was I disappointed with the food but also the service! I called to tell them about my experience, how I spent well over $20 bucks and had to drive 15 minutes there and back and I was only offered a 10% discount off my next order. Obviously they didn’t care if 10% is all you can offer to loyal customers that have been coming since you’ve opened. I will not be patronizing this place ever again.

The prices are good here but the customer service is horrible. They offer $5 meals which is very economical. They frequently mess up delivery orders and then they want you to come in and pick up the corrected order. Also delivery is usually about an hour and a half.

This place messed up order. Called me yelling about my order. Speaking in a foreign language because they gave me the Incorrect food. The name on the order and name on my card match. They have horrible service and do not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. Expected me to drive 20 mins back to get the correct order without even accommodating me. After working all day that’s not acceptable. She never asked my son what we were getting the name on the order nothing. She just assumed it was our order. Instead we got two chicken hibachi meals. I have my credit card receipt and tried to tell her I came. I paid. She gave me wrong item. She clearly wasn’t trying to hear that. I never been treated like that by a restaurant that messed up and felt the need to call my phone and go off on me. It may not be what we ordered but we have no choice but to eat it.I’ve ordered from them plenty of times with no issues. But this is unacceptable and If this is the type of business u want to offer online then they need to do 100 percent better. I’m expected to go out of my way to come back for Their error. I like using online ordering but not if the place is going to call and be rude. I’m livid. Will not ever use them again and if this is the service u pride urself in I will not use it again. I’m shocked at how I just got treated. They are always so slow so ordering online is better but clearly they don’t accept their mistakes.

This place is by far the best food you’re going to be able to get for $10 or less anywhere in gwinnett county. The food is of good quality, an order enough for one person of hibachi steak is something like $6-$7 and you will be stuffed. You can feed a family of 6 steak and chicken hibachi meals for about $30 and have some left over.

This hibachi along with the one located in Tucker was very rude and disrespectful when I was trying to make a to go order. Customer service is a huge thing in the restaurant service and I do not care if English is your second language but they need to know how to respect customers. I tried to order from the one in Tucker and she told me I had to come in and order after I had specifically asked if they do To Go order…and she said yes. When I asked one question about their chicken fried rice she said I have to come in since I’m a first time customer and then I proceeded to explain to her that I am not a first time customer. Point is…either have To go service or don’t. Don’t have certain people have to come in and other people can make orders over the phone.

My experience is was very bad. I asked for hibachi grill steak & shrimp, there was nothing hibachi about my order. The rice taste more like steam brown rice, the overall taste of the food was horrible and the place was dirty. The only reason I went here was because my original hibachi restaurant was closed. People who gives this place 4stars must not have a clue what real hibachi is all about. I will never eat here again.
