Not sure any employee at this location has competence…. I gotta speak up and yell just to go thru the drive thru then to be greeted by a fish lipped N!@$$ b**** with a bad attitude you could’ve sworn she was enslaved to work that job accompanied by a confused little white kid that doesn’t even know how to make warm food. Owner need to hire a new crowd that actually wants to work.

Just left this location and it’s awful. A older gentleman walked up to the counter to order food and they said you have to order at the kiosk. This customer clearly had no idea how to work it and they told him to go through the drive through instead of showing him what to do. I (another customer) had to order his food for him and paid for him, mind you there was literally 4 employees just sitting there. I would rate this place a negative 5 stars if I could. They claimed you had to use the kiosk because the manager was on break, but you could go through the drive through with no problem. This location used to be great but now it’s pure garbage, I live less than 5 miles from this location but will be driving all the way to walker from now on if I want Burger King.

Ordered added cheese to two sandwiches, did not get it. I decided $2 worth of cheese wasn’t worth the argument after watching the people that ordered before me have a rough go of it. But that’s not the worst part. I watched an employee park in the space between two handicapped spaces effectively blocking both handicapped spaces from ramp access, and then proceed to work in the kitchen. When I saw her park there, I figured she had forgot something, but she was still there working after I finished eating. Very nonchalant about it like this is a normal thing. After reading some of the other reviews at this Livingston location, seems that the crew at this place just don’t care about nothing. Do better Burger King. Everyone on break at (same time) 4 people sitting in the lobby check cameras. 3:40 pm 8/19/23 will not assist you says you have to order from the machine they are on break they can’t help you. They messed up on order went back couldn’t help. They need a Manager to turn this store around (bad bad bad) service. Horrible

Placed an online order to pickup at counter. Arrived to find the door locked but yet, had 1 couple with their children inside. Looked like a birthday celebration of some sort. Doesn’t excuse the door being locked for other paying customers. Drove around to drive thru and told them of the order and the door being locked… ” just pull around” is all we got. Once food was recieved, I checked to make sure all items were accounted for and found the buns to be hard as pucks. This place has gone downhill big time!

Absolutely the worst service just now. We waited for 5 minutes for someone to say something. Then we ask hello and lady snapped at us and said hold. Well we know how it is so we were like okay sorry. About 5 minutes after that she asks us what we want. And we trying to ask her a question and she catches an attitude and snaps at us. When we were very patient with a 1 year old and a nine year old trying to get some breakfast. We left and ended up not getting anything. Not very happy thanks.

Poor girl had been working from 4 am to about 6 pm when I got there, waiting for her relief, who was 2 hrs late. She was one of 3 behind the counter and it was busy. They were doing their best to keep up and had a pleasant attitude even though she was exhausted.
