Yesterday I went to this Taco Bell place and everything was new, inside the Taco Bell store, even you can order the food by yourself and I didn’t know what will happen will it goes good or bad and everything was going good and the employee was good and not good one employee was working hard and the other wasn’t working even I believe the manager wasn’t there. The next time I come a manger should be even I was there around 4:30pm!!!

Went through drive thru food was cold. Went in to tell them it’s cold and they gave me new tacos. In my taco I found a single piece of womans hair… It could be in all the meat. Avoid !!! First, she said it was cold because of the sour cream / tomatos and was not going to help me. She ended up giving it back to me and then she gave me an attitude about it. Be safe eating here and eat at your own risk

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I stopped coming to this location because after 10 PM they stopped serving everything on their menu except soft and hard tacos. I end up going to a different location who happened to be closed because of inventory supposedly. So I decide to give Shrewsbury Street one more try and again… no KFC available even though its a Duo restaurant and for taco bell they were “only serving hard and soft tacos.” I think if that’s the case then Taco Bell should advertise they ONLY serve tacos after a certain time. It’s not the first time they limit 98% of the menu. It sucks.

Went 2 days in a row only to get wrong order both times and have loud Spanish music playing and man at register chewing gum in gross manner while taking my order and floor behind counter was disgusting went there to bring handicap daughter for her birthday only to throw food away and go somewhere else for her don’t know why management would alow this but you should know why you are losing business

This Taco Bell is by far the worst of them all. You show up at 11:15 through 11:45pm and there grill is already turned off every time for Taco Bell and you can’t order kfc because they wanna close early and get out right at midnight. The workers need to realize not everyone leaves there jobs on time. If these employees worked at a real restaurant they would let be able to handle it. Now let’s talk about the food. No matter what I order, every time it’s wrong and honestly just not good at all. It’s time for a new manager that actually makes there people work and keep cooking til midnight not 11:15. Just now my girlfriend went and they put beans in my cheesy Gordita crunch. Seriously Beans? I feel bad for whoever owns this Taco Bell. Because they could make so much money at 11 but hey everything’s already turned off. AVOID AT ALL COST

Went through the drive thru and ordered a chalupa box. My drink came with no ice and my cinnatwists had 1/4 the amount of cinnamon on them that they usually do. So I go inside and explain the situation. They give me a cup to get my own drink and they take my cinnatwists into the back. I get back in my car and realize they gave me my exact bag of cinnatwists back, with the same amount of cinnamon that they originally contained. At that point I gave up and just threw them out.

Avoid this place. Food is definitely stale. Every time i get 2 chalupas. One of them is fresh but 2nd one is always cold and hard shell. This time i was excited to try Mexican Pizza but the crunch was definitely expires and tasted stale. Worst food service.

Avoid this place like the plague. They say open until 1am. Only the drive thru, the dining room says open unitl 9pm but they lock the doors at 8pm, drive thru takes forever with no option to get out of the line once you turn towards it. Very poor setup, and very slow and lazy staff. Food also was cold and like it had been cooked around 4 pm, nothing freshly cooked.
