I called ahead to see if they were open because it’s only been a few days since the Hurricane. They said they were open, drive through only. I thanked them and headed on over. The drive thru line was out to the highway. The line was moving rather quickly. When I got closer to the order station, I noticed vehicles were pulling away from the line and leaving. When it was my turn, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. I was told they don’t have any today. So, I ordered 2 three piece meals. I was told again they didn’t have any. So what kind of chicken meals do you have I asked. They said we don’t have any chicken at all. So, I ordered off of the Taco Bell menu and was told that Taco Bell side is closed. Why wasn’t I told this when I called? Why didn’t they put signs up? I waisted 30min of my time and gas waiting to be told KFC is open but we have no chicken. And Taco Bell is closed

Was a bit of a wait as they had to make my order of wings but of course I ordered 40 of them so it wasn’t that huge of a deal. But I could understand the girl on the order Box and they got my food to me with a smile and an apology for taking so long. Which I greatly appreciated and the food was amazing.

Val deserves to be fired. Never met the lady before ordering at KFC but she’s a poster child of RUDE! I told her wrong order in my bag. Her reply was “you ordered something else”. I told her nope I want this and its what I’ve gotten for 20 years. She slammed the window in my face after snatching the bag from me. Another lady came and said “she’s fixing it”. I hope she gets 3 fold how she treats nice people. I’d never be rude nor was I to her over wrong food order. Get a prison job Val. This line of work doesn’t fit for you girl! Act like a lady someday!!!!!

Every table was dirty, chairs were broken, and one tabletop was completely broken off. Orders took about 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and your food just sits on the counter for some of that time until someone finally calls your number. In the end, the Taco Bell food tasted fine, but it’s nowhere near the sanitized place you’d want to eat. The employees seem miserable, yet nice enough to give me a free drink (I went back after my meal).

I just went through the drive thru to order food. I ordered two items from the menu and also ordered two additional sides. When I got my order, I had one addional side. I went back through the drive thru to get one more individual mashed potatoes and gravy. On the menu board it was listed at $2.19, however, the girl manning the drive thru told me it would be almost $5.00. That was even more than the listing for the large size. Long story short, They didn’t get my order right the first time and tried to price gouge me the second time.

I just left KFC in bay City Texas. I sat at the speaker to order no one took my order. I pulled up to the window and had to blow my horn twice. The girl that came to the window looked like she had just woke up,I ask if the speaker was working, she shrugged her shoulders. I told her car are leaving because you won’t take their orders she gave me a blank stare. I placed my order 15 minutes later I had a parcel order.either close this store and get one here that can be much better, we have enough chicken places anyway.

I know all about this place. They pay the employees crap and expect absolute perfection. Big surprise, they don’t get absolute perfection; they get low morale and zero motivation to improve. They make the Taco Bell guys do the famous bowls as well as prepping everything else, so if they have a high customer volume, your orders are guaranteed to screech to a halt no matter how hard they’re trying to be fast. They could be great, but the bosses are kids and the employees are jaded and disgruntled. They just need proper leadership, but proper leaders want more than minimum wage.

The KFC part is great, the taco bell side is what makes this place bad. They only have one drive thru lane and get backed up very easily because of all the taco bell orders they get. If you want KFC i would suggest going inside, as they do KFC orders seperate from Taco Bell orders inside, so you’ll recieve your food quicker.
