I ordered it as an Instore – pick up. But when I came to the store, the door was closed and I was told to pick-up only with drive-thru. The food is already ready and I have to wait more than 30 minutes even though I can see my food clearly in front of me. I don’t want to come here again.

When you get your food it’s decent. It’s Taco Bell. This location has consistently taken 45 minutes to complete our order the last 4 or 5 times. It’s a joke. Like we order at around 6 so we can pick it up when we actually want it at around 7. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot right now 50 minutes after I ordered waiting for the notification that my food is ready.

It’s hard to say if mediocre service is due to Covid or attitude. The staff do their job, show up for work but what seems like a long time after I order using the kiosk I get my basic bean burrito and they forget to give me the cup for my drink. That is my consistent experience at local taco Bells. In the end my experience was…okay, thus 4 stars

Drive thru line is “in & out burger” long but the service is always exceptional. A lot of times when we go later in the evenigs and order deluxe boxes, they really dont like tp give you the boxes so food kind of gets all thrown in a bag crazy like. Just a first world problem.

I have had so many issues at this location. My last order looked like it was made by a child. Honestly I don’t really care about the appearance but it was horrible. Also the portions, I know sometimes places have low inventory but they could have said something instead of giving me an order with 10% of the portions included.
