Staff were courteous,polite, professional and friendly. Food was delicious . I hope there is eventually more variety of foods available here for people with food allergies. We got a few cards , had fun playing a few games. Overall enjoyable lunch.

Went to Mr. Gattis at our kids request. I’ll say the staff was friendly and the food was decent. There was a bit of a dinner rush so a wait for pizza is to be expected. Way better than times in the past. Tables were gross ilk add that the staff was cleaning here and there. My 7 year old pointed out that the bench seat was hurting her. I traded seats and wow they are worn out bad. Place could use an update. Unfortunately that could cost and arm and a leg to get those seats updated I’m sure. What was not impressive was the many games that were not functional or missing pieces. There was still games to play but when you go in spending over 70 bucks plus games its a bit of a shocker. Having to keep saying “no sorry that game doesn’t work”, was being said way to much. I pictured some not all of the non functional games. The games that were in use had sticky film on them and to my surprise 4 out of the 6 hand sanitizer dispensers in the area were out of sanitizer. Overall Gattis was a let down. It will be a while before we plan to go back. Hopefully improvements will be made to bring this place up to standard.

I love taking my kids to Mr. Gattis because they have so much fun! The food is also WAY better than it used to be, normally I don’t like buffets but their Smores dessert pizza is awesome and they have lots of other good things too. The games are a little expensive considering the amount of tickets you’re awarded but it’s still a great place for kids to have a good time!

Shopping Cart Central
The pizza was pretty decent and the side dishes were very good. But the service is where this establishment excels. The buffet is always kept fully stocked and clean. And the employee’s are happy to take special requests as well. In my particular experience today the arcade attendant was especially kind. We had accidentally left a machine with one play still on it and he went out of his way to make sure our party was let know about the play so it didn’t go to waste. A lot of attendants would let that go unnoticed and it shows good character on his part. Great place to spend an afternoon with your kids or to have fun with friends.

Update. We tried it one more time. Things are a little different. The prices are even higher and the games are also.Still not worth the 60 let alone 90 dollars this time for 2 adults 2 kids 2 10$ game cards. The games are over 1$ a piece.They are trying to make a killing.

Great prices in variety of pizzas They also have spaghetti and I just love the location and atmosphere and as far as the location goes it’s near Kroger So if you need to do shopping you can have lunch dinner breakfast and then go over to Kroger and do grocery shopping

The food is kid friendly. Not really many options for adults. The movies are entertaining and the arcade is decently priced. The rewards aren’t too hard to get either.
