Spencer Pizza Ranch is awful. We were at 5:45pm. Paid over $70 for my family to eat. No stocking the buffet at all. When asked we were told they are working on to go orders. Lots of people were upset. Added some pictures. Emmetsburg Pizza Ranch is the best I’ve been to around here.

Went to this rotten place today. It is dirty!!! The bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for ever. Hardly any pizza out. Waited for chicken to come out over a hour. When it did it was still raw!!!!! I mean real raw. Pink in the middle!!!! I and the person I was with. Cold in the middle. Told the Manger and she didn’t say a word of a apology!!! She went out and put the temp gauge in it and pulled some pieces. No I’m sorry!!!! Nothing at all. Stay away!!! Far far away from this place!!! Dirty and bad bad service. Under cooked food and cold food!!!!! It needs to be closed down. Worse Pizza Ranch ever!!!!! Run!!!!!!

We go to pizza ranch a lot because of the buffet but the last few visits I’ve had all the food was old and not a lot of things were even filled, we had to ask for the salad to be refilled, and then when we were leaving we’re going out the back way and we could see right into the kitchen and the gentleman making a pizza was not wearing any gloves and it kind of turned us off about this restaurant. Would gladly go back if they address these issues, it would be a nice place to eat.

No food on buffet, just a couple pieces of pizza. The carrots were so old they were rubbery. The beats were rock hard. The dressing were all empty. The wait staff was rude, she gave my daughter a dirty look when she said she wasn’t finished with her plate. Then wouldn’t come get our plates after that. Took them 10 minutes and many dirty looks to clean a table for another group. No straws. Not going to be coming back.

Zero, I brought my kids in for lunch at about 1 and the entire time we where here there no attempts to refill the buffet with one fresh pizza. I understand you close at 2. However, if you have a customer who paid for the buffet at least one fresh pizza would have been nice.
