Excellent service from Jason , Juan C, and all staff. The menu is great, and I’m happy that Diablo is back. It’s an awesome spicy flavor . Dine in closed at 9pm, but the Drive-Thru keeps open late. There was a giant poster outside offering a free sandwich if we download the app. I downloaded the app but did not see the offer. I went inside and they had multiple signs posted about it. I asked how I could get redeem it, and the workers didn’t know. I came to Carl’s Jr. explicitly for that deal, so I waited until they could bring out a manager who had information on it. Absolutely no one knew anything about it. Why put up 5 big signs for a promotion that doesn’t exist?? I ended up just buying a chicken sandwich that was pretty dry. I love Carl’s Jr. but this wasn’t a great first impression from this location.
