Terrible service, dirty counter, rude cashier likes to talk smack about customers after they order. Problem is he’s too loud and wasn’t very discreet. Me being me, I asked him if there was a problem and why he would be talking so loudly to his coworker about me. He called me rude so I cancelled my order, didn’t even ask for a refund because I don’t even care about that. So mad cuz I really wanted that sandwich but I wasn’t gonna trust it coming from them after the issue and didn’t want to deal with getting a refund. 10/22/22 1:10 pm

So visited New York for first time ever. Decided to order this place with my amazing friend. Which she had never been there before so didn’t really have a opinion of them. So we decided to try. Delivery was quite fast which was great of course thanks to Doordash. Now for the downhill spiral effect. Upon opening we both had noticed just an absolute mess glob of grease covering the bun. Looking as if the cook slapped our rolls with the grease covered spatula and smashed them down. Opening the roll we noticed the meat was completely burnt. Could not tell what each of the toppings exactly was due to how badly burned. The mushrooms and peppers were so small and burnt as well it all blended in. The tomatoes used not sure what the deal was with them but they were actually very pale and far from fresh looking. Not sure what happened this day if someone came into work and didn’t give a s@@@. But what they had packaged and sent out was a absolute mess of disgrace. Must not had any management there because I can’t see them sending anything out looking like that. I usually give a place a 2nd chance but this place does not deserve one. Better look somewhere else for a Philly not worth the value and taste here.

Ordered 2 subs and only received one. The one I did get wasn’t even correct. Tried contacting them about it and could not get through. Way over priced to begin with. Will never go there again nor would I recommend it to anyone!

This place made me the BEST steak sub I had in a long time!! The fries were nice and hot. Very crispy just how I like my fries. I ordered a six inch sub with fries and a drink for 14$. Was a little pricey. But I’m glad the sub was good or I would of be a little disappointed for paying so much.

Mediocre at best. There was some weird seasoning on my fries which tasted like the chicken flavor From the ramen noodle package and I ordered cheese bacon fries which I got like 2 pieces of burnt bacon crumbled on top of the cheese. Pretty slack, sub was alright I don’t recommend the cheese wiz it’s not that great.
