The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. We had to repeat our order several times to the lady at the window just to find out they were out of what we wanted, after we already ordered it. We tried to give them another chance after our first visit which was also bad. The first time we waited 30 mins for two chicken sandwiches. The car in front of us had been waiting even after we got our food and left for a 10 piece chicken nugget (the employees had the window open talking about it so we overheard it). Absolutely ridiculous. Corporate needs to shut them down. We will not be coming back.

July 2023- Awful customer service! I asked to order 15 pieces of dark meat. They proceeded to tell me they couldn’t sell me that many pieces of dark, only in the 8 piece meals. So, I asked to order 2-8 piece meals (16 pieces of dark meat). After the manager acted like it was too much to do on his part, he placed the order (only after arguing with the cashier about it). When I got to the window, I asked if they had the beignets. The cashier said, “yes,”and I ordered 4. I did not look at my receipt, so partly my fault for not checking behind them. When I received my food, 30 minutes later (I knew I would have to wait a little while), I had one 8 piece dark meat meal and 4 strawberry biscuits. Of course I had a conversation with the manager about my order, because the cashier couldn’t look me in the eyes and converse with me about anything. The manager was very aggravated (there were like 4 people in the sitting area and no one in the drive thru), and he offered no explanation or reimbursement/exchange for their errors. The manager looked pure dumbfounded and seemed ill-equipped to be a manager of a business. I was so frustrated that all I could do was shake my head in disbelief. I will not go back to Popeyes in Homerville, Ga for a long time.

I’m not a fan of popeys at all , thers enough chicken spots in homerville already. I would’ve done a Taco Bell/kfc combo restaurant . With that being said I can’t rate any stars on this one in homerville because I have eaten there!

Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Tried the app but items were unavailable at this location. Staff guided us with appropriate similar selection. I could not ask for a more pleasant experience or interaction with the staff. Personally the BEST Popeye’s location I have ever visited. People living in Homerville are fortunate to have this Popeye’s and the Staff who work there.

I recently visited popeyes in homerville passing through on my way to Florida . By far the most pleasant experience in a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had . The young lady that took my order was soooooo sweet and genuinely seemed happy to help and even conversed with us while we waited for our food. She made small talk with us, asked where we were from / traveling to .. she was honestly just so lovely. I had to speak to the manger to let her know how refreshing it was to be greeted with genuine kindness . The manger was overwhelmingly appreciative of the feedback and mentioned how proud she was to work with such a wonderful staff and she would personally make sure that young lady was recognized for her exceptional customer service ! We will definitely hold every other Popeyes reputation to the standard of this staff and store ! They didn’t just set the bar , THEY ARE THE BAR !
