Pizzas are getting smaller. Medium was tiny. 10.5” when it should be at least 12”. I took it back in and asked why it’s so much smaller and they said it shrank. ♀️

This is one of my favorite spots, including the Apex location. I order from here at least 3 times a month. If they mess up my order they are sure to correct it and make sure I am satisfied on my next visit. They have the best pizza and honey chipotle sauce. I will forever love Papa Johns.

Do not order from Holly Springs. Last time it took their Door Dash almost 2 hours to bring my order. This time my works pizza came blackened and dried out. The second pizza had toppings only on half the pizza. If I want half cheese I Would have order it that way. Never coming back!

Order your pizza from somewhere else. They use DoorDash to deliver, I guess too cheap to pay for their own drivers, which is a corporate problem and likely not just this store. We ordered a pizza at 5 PM with a 30 min expected wait time. After 50 minutes I called, and they said “your pizza was ready 30 min ago, we are waiting on a driver” and I asked how did they not have tabs on their delivery drivers, and that’s when I learned they used doordash, and they claimed my pizza would not be cold. After 1.5 hours I called and asked for a refund, but they refused saying ‘a driver is on the way and no your pizza won’t be cold/old’. After 2 hours, we ate things we had at home. I called again, spoke to the manager, who blamed it all on doordash (okay, y’all use them, so take responsibility), and FINALLY gave me a refund. After 2 hours and 45 min, doordash showed up with a pizza that was cold and disgusting. Beware, order from a local pizza place!

I was over at Play It Again Sports and realized I could just put in an order for pizza while I shop! The young man behind the counter was attentive and helpful and told me the order would be ready between 10 and 15 minutes. Perfect! When it was ready, I drove my truck from my parking spot at PIA Sports to Papa John’s parking, and the clerk brought it out to me before I even got to the door. “I saw you park and thought I’d bring it out!” It doesn’t cost anything to be extra nice, but it’s priceless. PS the pizza and cheese sticks were great. Thanks, Papa John’s!
