I wish I had more positive things to say but the fact of the matter is this is a pretty run-of-the-mill KFC and the service was an amazing but I don’t feel the need to bash them either. It was unfortunate to sit in the drive-through for about 15 minutes just to be told what I wanted to order had to run out a while ago but again that’s nothing to scald the employees for. Food was hot and tasty and that’s pretty much all I could really ask for.

Today there was a new menu. I asked if they still had the 5 piece tender box. At first he said no, then he said yes. So i ordered my usual with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. What i actually found out i got was french fries, no mashed potatoes and gravy and no coleslaw. My receipt had a cookie on it but i got no cookie and dipping sauces which i did not get. I had asked for ranch but that wasn’t on the receipt and i got no sauce. It was like I almost got someone else’s order but no one else was there. The last time i didn’t order french fries but got charged for them but paid for things i didn’t get. I hope these people aren’t getting $15 hr because they sure as heck can’t get a simple order right.
