You know those 1$ frozen pizzas that are covered in ice at the grocery store…buy those instead. Not oly did the food take 45 minutes longer than it was suppose to, other patrons that walked in and ordered received their food before us.. we had a cheese pizza and a crazy bread.. the food was DISGUSTING, REVOLTING. Go to Mr Hero next door, excellent customer service and food quality. If COVID was in food form, it would be this Little Caesars location.

Update: They are still not great. Orderrd 3 pizzas today (7/20) and got them in a timely manner but one of the pizzas had a scant sprinkling of onions so few that i could not recognise there were any until i looked at it several times. It was also frustrating to see the pizzas cut but not cut all the way through.

The service has fallen way off. They are only doing online orders, and they seem understaffed. On a Friday night, they had one person working. He was clearly swamped, but doign his best. The Pizza Portal doesn’t seem to work, so they use it as a warmer only, but you can’t take items out. This is a card only location.

Order is NEVER right! This is the worst little Caesars location. I don’t know how they are still in business they don’t provide any good service to the Richmond Heights community AT ALL. I live 5 min away and would rather drive out of my way to another location. DO NOT order from here. It will be a waste of time and money.

Went against my better judgement and ordered a 3 meat, and a extra most bestest pepperoni, and the Calzone Pizza. The first 2 pizzas were super flat and hard. But I didn’t order thin crust! I didn’t even bother taking it back because of the weather, but I truly regret spending money there.

Ordered my Extra most bestest pizza online with the Tmobike Tuesday coupon code for $3 but the notifications came faster than the store could make the food. So I get an email with a code for pickup only to get in the store and not have my food close to ready. Took 10 minutes longer after I got the email for my food to be prepared!

I only give it a 4 because when u got there they had a sign up that read card only no cash which I didn’t expect so I was a little inconvenienced but the food was fresh and hot and the cashier was friendly and came out to let me know my order was ready
