So disappointed. I used to love coming here to grab a family dinner every other week. Tonight i got home and after opening everything noticed they really skimped on the mash potatoes, gravy and mac and cheese. And the biscuits are literally discs! Their at best half the size that they normally are. We use to pay $26 for this meal and now are paying close to $40. Which i expect thanks to Biden. But to also cut the size of the meal down when this is suppose to feed a family is ridiculous. I will not come here anymore to waste my money.

Fries were sitting in the warmer wayyyy too long. Gross cold texture. The rest of our food was alright, but again not up to temp. Ate there a couple days ago and everything was fine. Today not so much. Big sad, especially considering that we were overcharged for not so awesome food.

I visited this Bojangles for the first time on Friday December the 9th 2022 and the gentleman who waited on us was awesome he was extremely courteous and he even told me that I could get a free chicken sandwich for downloading the app for the first time. Which saved me a good chunk of change. He was just hands down one of the best customer service reps I’ve come into contact with as of late. The place was very clean and they were very quick and the quality was excellent. I’m very very impressed. It was an all around a very pleasant experience. Come one, come all, you will not be disappointed when you leave this place. Oh and the gentleman who helped me tonight deserves a raise or at least some recognition because he is very good at his job and the rest of the crew we’re great as well.

The same failure multiple times demonstrate a system failure. We have visited Bojangles in Rogersville on Sundays a few times. We have seen that they have an issue keeping chicken available for the church crowd rush. Today, we ordered a 2 piece meal but there was no chicken ready. We decided on the strips instead. Once we got home, the cole slaw was missing. Typically Bojangles does very well but the last few times the facility did not meet expectations.

Okay, the food isn’t bad when it’s fresh! I actually enjoy Bojangles. Here’s the issue.. you have to wait 20+ minutes in line, on top of that I think they prep your orders while you wait?? This results in your food being cold once you actually receive it. Not gonna lie, didn’t have big expectations for this place once they decided to reopen. Be better off closing again and actually bringing a place in that cares about the customer experience.
