I ordered and paid for my pizza online. It said it would be ready in 14 minutes. I left when I knew it would be ready and I wouldn’t have to wait around. I called when I got there and the guy said he would be right out… 15 minutes later (at least) still nothing. So I walk in. My pizza was in the warmer. He had forgotten about me!! I know it gets busy, but I also was on a limited time basis and 15+ minutes was unexceptional when I got there AFTER it was already baked!! I won’t be back!

I ordered a 3 topping taste tester and boneless chicken sweet chili 8 piece. Called the store to replace order. They gave Mr a credit. Then told to pay 6$ when my replacement came to my home. Which was crazy. Then went to the store asked could I pay 6$ off my card . Manger got snappy. Snatched the pizza While my kid’s are crying in the lobby for pizza. I grabbed the wings and slang them. He then said we don’t give out free pizza. I paid for my orders. Just got my order replaced.

Since my last posting they have gone down. The wing container was damaged and a mess. The Philly Cheese steak pizza is horrible. The super supreme pizza was great. The driver did not read the delivery instructions and came to the wrong door.

Food was disgusting and not as described! Pizza was dry and the crust was thin when we ordered original crust. Ordered a s’mores cookie dessert and what was given to me was a cookie with some marshmallows thrown on and melted on it. I don’t know why I gave this place a second chance. Save your time and money. What a waste.

My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas 2 wings and some cinnabons. We called at 6:30 and by 7:45 with no pizza we called to check the status of our order and they told us that it was just now leaving the store. We were waiting over an hour for our food and when it got here everything was cold. The wings barely had any sauce on them; they were half naked. We paid $75 to wait over an hour for cold food. Very disappointed with our service today.
