Big portions! Came here with some friends for dinner. Dinning area was small, so most people coming by had online orders. Service was good and so were prices for the amount of food you get. I got the fat slob and was not able to finish it cause it was nice and stuffed. Milkshakes were also good. Everything looks good on the menu. Will have to come back to try more items. Me and my friends agreed it was a good place to eat.

It’s nice to know there’s late night places like this to fill your pie hole with! There’s so many good sounding things on the menu I had a hard time deciding. Whatever you pick, I can’t imagine it wouldn’t taste delicious. Mine had chicken fingers, honey mustard, and fries on it. Man it was tasty. Also got a side of fries and they were crispy and delicious. Great spot for some late night food!

Food is great but it’s a bummer girl at cash register so bad faced or pissed about working. Colder than ice face and was told she doesn’t have to be nice like I was!! Literally imitaded me and walked away with the hand! Smh. So sad to see people with that attitude ruining good food. Even more after I made sure left tip of 20+%%% smmfh

Beyond upset, drove 40 minutes just to get back and see that my sandwich had only lettuce and a jalapeño popper, and my boyfriends sandwich had like two pieces of chicken that’s it. We called and talked to Chris the manager, said we were taken care of and they will remake our food. I get there and I’m told no, the manager has to GO HOME and check his laptop for the order??? ITS TWO SANDWICHES! Already having a horrible day, it’s that big of a deal to upset customers like that? It’s worth it? I expect more from a place that has regulars including me, and sell expensive $15 sandwiches and try to give off a “good vibe” when I’ve gotten none of that. I was talked down to and wasn’t listened to by the dark haired shift manager day who rolled her eyes at me and said “people have lives the manager will call when it’s convenient.” Then I was told by some tall guy “ I made those I know it wasn’t wrong,” when I know who made it and it sure wasn’t him. Disgusting and foul customer service, which sucks because now I’ll never come to this fat shack again. NEVER GOT OUR SANDWICHES. I hope they feel good making people cry, they could have really turned my day around and instead made it worse. The deep fried cheesecake bites were phenomenal however.

We came here for the first time after seeing this restaurant advertised on shark tank. It was incredibly hard to find as our gps kept saying we had arrived yet had to drive around several times just to find the place. It’s tiny and is next to a tattoo parlor. Anyway waiting area inside isn’t bad but it’s incredibly tiny. There is no restroom available for anyone dining in but then again the lobby can maybe sit 10 people total? We walked up to the menu and noticed there is a screen. You place you order at the screen. Some items are not customizable after reading through. I ordered a 6” gorbies and a small drink. My wife ordered a single burger and a large drink and a small fry. Total for all that was 29$ they don’t give you your cup while you wait if it’s a to go order so you can’t even enjoy your drink until it’s time to go. I placed a separate order for 3 cheesecake balls. They are deep fried. Those were the only enjoyable part of the meal. The powdered sugar on it was great. Our main courses were not. My wife’s burger was burnt around the edges and pink in the middle. Also covered with too much mustard. She ate half of it and tossed it. Fries tasted like store bought frozen fries. Sandwich was extremely bland and had absolutely zero taste. It had chicken fingers fries lettuce and one other thing maybe tomato’s. Either way it was extremely overpriced and lacked flavor. We also placed the order at 7:51 and didn’t get it until 8:25. They were not busy. 2 guys came in during that time with pick up orders that were getting bagged up. One person was sweeping the floor as burger Pattie’s sat on the grill. Presumably burning the edges ?

Quite an experience. I don’t think you can go wrong trying anything on their menu. The sandwiches are pretty indulgent. It’s fun eating about half of a small sandwich and then it just feels like work lol. I got the sandwich with the jalapeño poppers in it (can’t remember the name) and it was good. We also tried the fried Oreos and Twinkie. They were good too. I think generally what you would expect.

I understand a long wait… I understand a high price…. Especially for a place called fat shack! I understand you don’t have the sandwich I want but are willing to recreate it that is very appreciated even if i did get charged extra for everything on my sandwich i could understand that part… (fries, one slice of bacon, one smashed onion ring, some cheese,ketchup… ) 17$for this FYI… I’m forced to eat this dry disgusting sandwich because it was $17!! Ridiculous! First and last time coming to this establishment!! Definitely not what I expected especially after reading most reviews. Im not here to tell anyone not to try it but this is a real review, one which I would’ve appreciated, best of luck!

This was so fire. The guy behind the corner was very chill and gave great recommendations. The service was fairly fast. The deep fried oreos and fries were bomb and my husband really enjoyed his Fat Shack. The takeout menu earned a place on our fridge, we’ll definitely be back.
