I order pizza on line it took 80 min to get here, and paid $82 dollars for 2 pizzas. Also the order was wrong I called when I received the wrong order they never answered the phone. I order the heart pizza didn’t get it either. So not happy here. ( the stickers were right but the pizzas inside were wrong )

Ordered a heart shaped pizza a regular size cheese arrived. Called the location 10x only one answer from it and they immediately hung up before I could speak. Never will I ever again Papa John. Never pretty much was bullied out of 40 bucks.

Stop skimping out on the steak! It’s a philly cheese steak pizza, not a cheese and bell pepper pizza. Sorry picture is missing some pieces as the kids were hungry, but compare this to any papa john philly cheese steak picture and you will see, I have been robbed, spent $73.92 and to think, I gave a nice tip

Valentine’s Day dinner is stressful no matter where you are. Papa John’s went above and beyond to repair a mistake made by a competitor. Thank you guys so much for saving my night out with the wife by feeding my kids at home!! You guys were even kind enough to send a beautiful red rose to our sitter. Best customer service!!!

What can I say about this Papa John’s that hasn’t been said about actress Kristen Stewart; bland and boring. Papa John’s used to be good and now they sort of fell off. It’s better than some other chain pizza places but that’s not saying much.

I had a pretty frustrating trip here. I ordered a large works and a medium 2-topping over the phone and it ended up being $60! When I picked it up, there was a sign with specials that said 2 large specialty pizzas for $32. I was beyond frustrated that whoever took the order did not tell me about the special. When I brought it to the Manager’s attention, they did not fix the price. The pizza was fine, but not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Store small and very hot but expected in order for dough to rise. Chicken parmesan pizza knots tasted great esp for a small grab and go dinner, store not that clean but pretty fast service.

Ordered from this location since my husband has been craving Papa John’s for a while. It gets one star because the pizza was at least fast, but that’s probably part of the problem too. We ate at the food court in the mall so the pizza would still be hot and you literally couldn’t hold a slice together because the crust was so thin, and the part with sauce was just mushy so all the toppings would go sliding off. Most of the onions were pretty much raw, not sure if they threw them on halfway through cooking? Also the garlic butter was still a solid mass. It was a very disappointing pizza.

We ordered from this location and never received the order. We waited over two hours before Door Dash (who they use to deliver) contacted us and asked if we picked up the delivery. We were confused because we did not pick it up. We attempted to contact the Papa Johns which apparently had turned off their phones. Neither Door Dash or we could contact the store for a refund. I do not recommend anyone order from this store.
