I’ve not felt well all day finally wrote up to Burger King to get something to eat paid for bacon and cheese on my burger ask for no onions. I got the onions I paid extra for the bacon and cheese which I did not get and this is the third time this has happened to me from reading the reviews I’m not the only one who finds this store in competent and it wasn’t like they were even busy I was the only car in the Drive-Thru this is ridiculous and off day only goes so far this goes to carelessness if you don’t want to do your job by all means leave and let someone else have that job

If I could give less than one star, I would! Tonight, I went through the drive through to get dinner for my mother and I. I ordered a “meal” and an additional sandwich. The person inside obviously was not hearing me well as she asked me a couple of times to repeat myself. She asked me what drink I wanted and then at the end of my order was correct… I said yes. At the window, a “boy” gave me a bag with just two sandwiches in it… I told him I needed a drink. Then the person who obviously was speaking to me through the drive through, proceeded to tell me that I didn’t order a drink…. I said I did…. She said if I wanted to order anything else, I could drive around again! I said she needed to satisfy my order and she said no she didn’t! I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager….. and closed the window in my face!!! I sat there for a bit staring at them waiting for them to come back, of course they did not!! I will never go there again… and would suggest others to avoid such an establishment that does not care about customer service in the least!!!

I’ve been here off and on and apparently half the staff is aware of the fact that Burger King is the only place that does burgers anytime. I’ve gone there at 8am and gotten burgers. I only had to wait. I just left this same bk…grouchy dude gonna tell me no they don’t do burgers and I can’t get one…at 1030am. Whatever took my money home. Teach ur staff what the company actually does. Or make the company remove it from ur specific bk. I go today(4/16/23) ordered the egg normous burritos..2 of them a coke NO ICE. Girl at the pay even asked nd confirmed I said no oce not no sausage. I get all the way home…they still screwed up in the kitchen. No sausage…it tastes bad without it. So next time im ordering burgers.

I ordered a #2 with no ketchup. They gave me my sandwich with ketchup. I had to knock on the drive-thru window because the doors were closed. I asked if they can make my sandwich correctly and the ugly manager girl said yes. I waited for my sandwich and she sent another ugly girl to bring me my sandwich. And when I got home my sandwich had ketchup on it. I cannot get my food made right because the restaurant is closed. I just wasted my money and Burger King is not going to give me my money back.

How does a Burger King in 2022 not use mobile orders or even mobile app coupons at the register? This place either needs to embrace the future or be shut down completely because there’s another Burger King down the road that takes orders online and coupons from the mobile app. Apparently you can’t have it your way at this Burger King.
