Terrible service! They did not tell us there was a 30 minute wait on food until after we paid for the order. When we requested a refund, they said “We don’t do refunds?” We only ordered fries and a sandwich. If we wanted to wait this long for our food, we would’ve gone to a sit-down restaurant. It’s been about 25 minutes and I’m still waiting on food while I type this review. I hope the quality is better than the service.

Yesterday around 2pm my mom came here and had the worst experience. Whoever was working on making the sandwiches needs a new job and needs to correct her attitude because she was very rude. My mother was unaware that the sandwich came with pickles and tomatoes on it. She asked the lady to please remove it and the woman slammed her hands down and said “I don’t have time for this! You don’t want none of it?” And she took her hand and swiped everything off the sandwich! My mom then asked her to cut the 12” sandwich in half and the woman slammed her hands down again and said “I can’t do that. I don’t have time for that”. This is by far the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Absolutely embarrassing.

This is a very good place for steak sandwiches. The beef is very good and they cook it perfect. I also like the items included, the mushrooms are delicious. They also have good fries. The plain ones are good and so are the ones with special toppings. The cheese is very good. Meals are large with decent prices. Staff is good and provides meals quickly.
