This was my first visit in about six months to year ago. I went to the drive-thru only be told that I needed to come inside without explanation. I complied and went inside only to be told by the man behind the counter to use the self-order kiosk. This tells me that they want little to no interaction with customers. I got my order which was surprisingly correct. I just didn’t have a pleasant experience with this location, may need to try another location or just forgot them all together. I would have give less stars all around but the food was warm.

Very small entrance with limited parking. No th for large travel trailers or semi trucks. Upon going inside almost fell due to wet floor, no sign out. Entered men’s restroom to wash hands all was well. Wife said water all over women’s restroom floor. Inside restaurant was so cold I had to go outside to retrieve my coat. Ordered the number 3 and food was as ordered. Chairs are grungy looking and outdated. Service was fast and friendly. Due to overall condition I give this a 3 star.

Friendly staff, fast service. They are.drive through only right now. Their frosty drink are something else, make ya want to slap somebody. The strawberry island is crazy good. My first time eating breakfast with them and I enjoyed it very much.

Food was fine. Pulled up to the drive thru and am told over the intercom that the drive thru cash register is down and I have to go inside and order. I go inside thinking the kiosks are the only things working. But the employee is taking orders at the register at the counter. So why is the drive thru closed. You wear a headset to talk to people in the drive thru intercom. There for you can stand at the inside register and take drive thru orders there. Sounds like people need to think and use some common sense

I never go here and staff be friendly..always act like us customers are a bother!! Don’t even think about calling the store if it’s after a certain time cause all u get is a fax machine. Doors are ALWAYS locked by 8 pm…I think it’s just to inconvenience delivery drivers because the drive thru is slower than Christmas and that’s not just this taco bell. I order 20+ items and ask for 20+ mild sauce and I get 4..how can 6 people use 4 sauces???

Gave me tacos with 2 pieces of chicken in them that where completely loaded with lettuce. I waited in line for 15 minutes behind one car for that. Absolutely terrible meal that came out cold. Also was supposed to have chipotle and does not. Complete garbage. Also came unwrapped. I would love a refund.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive thru. Person in front of me at the drive thru waited a long time. When I got up to the window I found out why. It took the cashier a long time to greet me at the drive thru, didn’t acknowledge they received my order after I said, “hello?” they finally mumbled asking if there was anything else. When I repeated my whole order back they said they got that and *with an attitude* added “that’s why I asked if you wanted anything else.” I pulled up to the window, tried to be friendly and was not given the same in return.

It was pretty decent.It was quiet and well kept up. I got my order in less than 5 minutes. This taco bell is good for a quick bite, like if you are traveling or want to eat at a casual place. I would recommend this if you are in the Brandon area.
