Waited 40 minutes after the pickup time for my order at the restaurant despite asking for the status. After asking again they found my order just sitting there and not saying my name. Not even a sorry when I finally got my order. Later found that all the ranch was missing when I got home too.

I just want to say I love wingstop. I went here tonight and I got boneless wings but that little faucet above the strawed Spencer “I didn’t think that was really plumb to water so I turned it and I got sprayed with water there should be a warning label’. But other than that I will always come here to get some good wings always have a pleasant time eatting

I ordered online for pickup around dinnertime. The wait was not long, the employee who helped me was friendly and quick, and the food was good even when taken home. I got the mango habenaro, korean, and garlic parmesan. The dry rub wings are my favorite because the chicken is nice and crunchy, but the mango habenaro is really good too! Wingstop advertises their house-made ranch dipping sauce, and I must say – it is pretty good. I would still get their ranch dipping sauce even if I have ranch dressing at home.

Fries were very dark like the oil wasn’t changed for a while. Ordered a drink with our meal and selected iced tea. The iced tea had a very funny taste and smelled like sulfur. Addressed it with the manager on duty and all she did was throw the cup away and brought a large sized drink over and said “I got you” twice after asking if something was wrong with the tea. Still did not know what the issue was with the tea, but thought it was strange.

GO TO FIRE WINGS or go to the Greenback location if its an option. it’s bad. multiple times I have ordered on the app and it will be ready but nobody calls my name so it’s warm when I get it, even if I’m clearly the only one waiting for my food so I have to ask for it. sometimes they call out. I ask for extra seasoning but usually it’s not enough or once before it was piled high and I couldn’t eat the fries. management seems poor (if I order normal there just won’t be any). unfortunate because I like Wingstop. I was just there and I ordered a large fry and got maybe 30 of them in my order, so that was a rip. way too many employees to be acting so terribly. this location is an embarrassment for the company and the manager is hardly there. at least not when I called. never going to this one again.

waited a really long time for a small order that was placed in advance. I would understand if they were busy but there was nobody in the restaurant besides me and they had no orders waiting as well.
