Ordered 2 classic pizzas and while eating the 1st slices my kid found a hair in there slice. So I threw the whole pizza away. I called but according to the Manger they can’t do anything because I threw the pizza away. I live out side the loop to go all the way back plus my kids were so grossed out they refused to touch it or even eat the Second pizza. he wanted me to check the 2nd pizza the hair was between the dough and the cheese near the crust how do you check a 2nd pizza never buying pizza here. Not worth the price to expensive so I can eat hair.but I took a picture while we trying to figure out if was a hair.

The Pizza Portal at the location was down and did not notify us that our pizza was ready. When we arrived, our pizza had been ready for over 30 minutes and no longer appeared fresh. Ashley had a fresh pizza made for us and it was done so in a timely manner. They did a good job turning around what could have been a poor experience, great customer service.

Just go to Chicago pizza and order a regular pepperoni pizza for $6.99 instead of $9 here. The service always sucks, they always forget to put meatballs on the supreme and look at me crazy when I go back and confront them about it. Everyone looks at you like they hate their life. Not worth $9 for a hot and ready.

Ordered a staff crust pizza and asked to wait in front. After 10 minutes and everyone in the drive thru getting their order I get off and ask about my order. Apparently they forgot about me and the guy asks if I still want to wait! Of course I came for pizza!!!! Now i wait another 10 minutes! At least offer me some crazy bread for the inconvenience!!!!

The Pizza and wings are ok for “food on the budget”. It’s my 1st time at this particular store. The young lady at the drive though window was extremely rude. Absolutely lacks customer service etiquette. Glad Little Ceasars has the app where you can place your order easily and pick it up without having any interaction with incompetent employees. The Pizza was freshly made and ready within 5min with the app.

I ordered the extra most bestest and I opened the box and asked them is this a hot and ready? Not an extra most bestest? The response I received was” we put pepperoni under the cheese” I explained that I get this often and it looked like a regular hot and ready. Well upon arrival and getting home biting into my pizza, low and behold there were no extra pepperonis under the d@;n cheese. So I basically was charged extra. So dissatisfied. The time before I ordered a supreme pizza and it only had mushrooms and onions no black olives or bell peppers. Didn’t make a formal complaint only called and let them know. Tonight was the final straw. On both instances I took photos. I wish I could show. It’s a shame.

Bad customer service was waiting for about 10 minutes today for someone on the intercom. She had ugly attitude (shift leader can’t miss her face wearing hella bright axx red lipstick today)saying she was waiting for us to speak but she never recognized we waited because normally someone says thank for you choosing how can i help you…. She starts snapping at us when we said hello a few times and she sassy rude comment was like well i was waiting for you to say something and started snapping at us. Never will i come back over here again.

By far… THE WORST store to visit. Pizza was not good after waitin for so long for basic pepperoni and cheese pizza… Employee moral looks stale and their sarcastic attitude was ridiculous. Then heard the manager, and her thoughts on upset customers. Sad, but I can see the disrespect and lack of customer service comes from MANAGEMENT.

The pizza tasted great! But the Manager was horrible! Bad attitude and not customer service oriented at all! Very rude. Staff was young and I’m okay they probably were still training..I’m fine with that. But you can easily see they did NOT have the needed support! I’m very disappointed with Management at this location.
