I recently dined at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen and ordered their Thai Basil Cashew Chicken. The dish was decent overall, although I found it to be a bit sweeter than I prefer. The chicken was cooked well, tender and flavorful, and the cashews added a nice crunch to each bite. The blend of Thai basil and other spices created a good balance of flavors, but the sweetness was a slight drawback for my taste.

I ordered the “NEW” Bourbon chicken and was shocked that they would even send this out to customers and advertise it as bourbon chicken. Still in disbelief to be frank. I don’t know what chicken this is but I won’t be ordering from them again. The rice was the only thing close to being edible. Quite disappointed.

The man at the register welcomed me and help me choosing my food. He was very kind, offer me a first time visit discount and a complimentary soda while waiting on my food. These are the details that make customers comeback. Please give him a raise on his salary. Excellent service. I forgot to get his name but he was at the register on Saturday August 12 at about 2pm (he speaks Spanish).

This location has the best and most consistent protein portions. I usually order the extra beef and chicken fried rice and they serve it with good meat portions. Other Pei Wei locations will be cheap with the extra beef and only serve about 3-4 slices making me feel ripped off for the extra purchase. Their rewards program is customer friendly as well.

Employee that took our order was very rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked to scan my mobile app. She then placed our dine-in order in the to go area and walked past our table with orders taken after ours and totally ignored that we didn’t have our food yet. When we inquired she said oops and gave us our bagged food. This was 20 minutes after we ordered.

I’ve ordered from here a few times for pick up and they always have it ready a little bit before my pick up time which I love! I’ve never had a bad customer service experience either. I tried their spicy drunken noodles today and they are pretty good, I would probably just ask them to add more spice next time! My favorite dish here would probably still be the general so with fried rice though!

Terrible I paid almost $15.00 for artificial food. 5 pieces of chicken fried rice with no flavor swimming in watered down sauce this was beyond terrible. I will never in my life come here again. I can buy a meal like this from sprouts for less money and it taste waaaaay better and be more fulfilling.
