Ordered the new melts and wow so delicious. I had the chicken bacon cheese one and the thin crust was so perfectly cooked to then the oooey gooey cheese. I will definitely crave this again. If I can give ZERO STARS I would. The young girl with the piercings is rude and disrespectful to customers. Worst customer service. I will NOT be back to this place again. If you don’t like your job bounce out. I will take this to corporate because some of the people here shouldn’t be serving. Working with people you need great customer service and kindness. Wow.

Placed order online. 20 minutes later received text saying food out for delivery. Where I live is a gated community; you have to call me via the call box to gain access. Driver called me from a private number and left no message. 25 minutes later I call the store, and I explain to the manager there are signs posted instructing visitors what to do. She said drivers are trained to call the customer first and hung up. NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND CORORATE SHALL HEAR ABOUT THIS!!!

If I could give a 0 I would never ordering from this Pizza Hut again they have messed up our order twice in the last month first time we got someone else order and we’re missing items from our order and most recently we waited over an hour for our order I called the store they said they had to place the order through door dash because they didn’t have a delivery driver than I was told the dasher had not picked up the order yet and if we wanted we can go pick it up instead right after my husband leaves the dasher shows up at this point we had been waiting 1hour and like 20mins horrible service ended up not getting our food until almost 2 hours later and the food was made very sloppy and COLD!
