The food was great. The drinks were very good. It is very solid in there and sound is kinda loud. A small party is fine, but a larger party, it’s hard to hear the far end of the table. But the food is great and they serve appetizers first and, when done with those, the food came. The way it should be.

One of the iconic gems of Macomb and my go-to Thai craving! Whether it’s for happy hour or a romantic dinner… What is there NOT to love?! The gorgeous modern decor, cozy atmosphere with mouth-watering, delicious thai cuisine, top notch craft cocktails, and the most professional and personable service staff who strive to give you the best experience and deliver every time! Definitely recommend making a reso for dinner, especially on the weekends. Plus, it gives you something to look forward to, right? And when you get there, you need to know this is the place you get the whole experience with your meal- appetizers, drinks, and dessert! Gotta get the crab wontons, drunken noods, apple pie wontons… trust me.

I tried drunken noodles and pad thai, they were very good! We asked for spicy ones and spice on the side but they weren’t spicy at all. Adding some lemon to both dishes makes a big difference. The place looks really good for a nice dinner date.

The ONLY complaint is that it was a little loud. The food was utterly amazing and the drinks spectacular. The service was fast, friendly, and unobtrusive but attentive. We will most certainly be back!

Sometimes, I wake up in the middle of the night and think about the generously stuffed Devil Goons (seafood wontons mixed with sriracha and ghost chili pepper- don’t worry- more savory than hot!), those perfectly sweet and messy chicken Wings, and that melt-in-your-mouth Yellowfin Tuna, and know that a trip to Khom Fai is overdue.

My husband and I tried this places initially by takeout. We enjoyed the food and drink( pineapple margarita) so we decided to dine in and have an early dinner. The atmosphere and energy was great! Jenna was our server and she did amazing! The service was amazing! The food was even better! We ordered mules for our drinks and they were good and strong! This place has become one of my husband and I go to places! Super cute for a date night!

Ever since this place has opened I have never had a bad meal. The staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. Jenna was the bomb and her service was flawless. The drinks are perfect especially when Jade makes the Purple Orchids. Also, do yourself a favor and get the Apple Pie Ragoons. You will not be disappointed! I recommend Khom Fai to all Thai food lovers. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars!!

They are the best Thai food around. Are they more expensive than some places? Yes. Are you getting what you pay for and overall good value? Yes. They use high quality ingredients and prepare it fresh, that has a cost to it that I will gladly pay a couple bucks more for because it tastes a LOT better to do it right. All this to say, I really like their food and have ordered here numerous times and will continue to do so. I do a lot of takeout from here but its worth going in person too because they have great cocktails.
