I never leave reviews but WHO hired the manager at this location? I didn’t catch her name (larger African American woman) but she was the most disrespectful management employee I have ever encountered. She offered no option when she made my order wrong. Basically said TOO BAD. She was awful. Decided to not cuss her out cause she is clearly already miserable. She also treats her employee so poorly. Poor kids. This location needs to do better with their management. Will never catch me back here.

Unlike what those recent reviews had said, I went there for a triple whopper and it was fine. One Mexican worker, one black worker, and one white worker. They weren’t rude or anything, and you could clearly see the whopper was cooked fresh. They were nice to the kid that was getting something and dining in with his mother.

Use to love coming here until my visit today very unpleasant and cashier constantly asking is that it while I was placing my order, then after paying Har to sit at the 1st window until they flag u to pull up all so they can maintain their drive through Timmer looking like they have fast service my drinks were wrong as well fold was cold too so don’t understand why I sat there for so long to get cold fries and the chicken sandwich looks old as well.

I don’t ask for much from a fast-food place because… it’s fast food. What I look for is speed, freshness, and cleanliness of the dining area and bathrooms. Customer service isn’t held to a high standard because no one working here wants to work here, and that breeds a certain kind of employee. The customer isn’t paying a lot, so they can’t rightfully expect a lot. Therefore, as long as an employee doesn’t actively offend me, no stars are deducted from their rating.
