We stopped through the drive-through to get a couple of the Greek gyros. Our food was fresh and hot in the service was great, especially being there it is a drive-thru order. The young lady and the window was very courteous, asked if we needed any specific sauces and made sure we got everything we might want to eat that night. We have never been to this particular Arby’s but I will definitely come back.

I have been in this particular Arby’s twice and both times the service was terrible. Nobody seems to be in charge and definitely some additional training in service needs to be addressed. The food was done very well but I have to really be hungry to deal with the long Waits. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile for a change.

Did drive thru. Had coupons, didn’t tell them until I got to window. It was no issue for him to change my total. Courteous and friendly. Seems to b new restaurant, very clean. Will go again.

Walked in and 5 employees were just standing around. The tables and floor had food and trash all over them. There were no cups for sauces. The cashier was running the front counter and the drive thru, causing a line to form. I was waiting at the counter. Finally got my food and sat down at a table and chair I had to cleaned. The food was delicious.

The Buffalo Roast Chicken sandwich is so good! I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous the employees were. I also got my fries hot and my mozzarella sticks were great. They gave me two marinara sauces, of which I normally get one or none at all at other Arby’s stores. I’ll be coming back!

We came here to get some shakes. When we arrived, my partner wanted to get a Mint Chocolate Chip shake. They immediately informed us they only had Vanilla shakes. I myself ordered a Vanilla shake, which turned out to be amazing. My partner had ordered the mac and cheese and was very happy with it. We went through the drive thru, so I’m unable to rate the lobby or bathrooms.
