My rating is solely based on the lack of variety to the menu, I went there with my son and they didn’t have one thing that appealed to him. I was glad my youngest wasn’t there it would have been disappointing for him that the train car didn’t seem to have kid friendly foods. It’s a great set up just seems to be aimed at the wrong audience.

The Juicy Caboosy is one of my favorite places to eat. Everything there is freshly made daily. The fresh pressed juices are to die for. The staff there is always so sweet and very welcoming. Jahri, who waited on me was very professional and very sweet. Hannah, the bartender is always trying new juice and drink combinations that are delicious. The owners are always there and working right along with there staff. Top tier all the way around.

Very cute. Overpriced. 10 bucks for 8 Oz kale blend. Wasting the clever Caboose element. Totally blocked it from view from downtown long beach by building a huge pavilion in the way. Should have rotated that plan 180.
