I had a terrible experience with Hyderabad’s pot biryani online order. The food quality was extremely poor, and the restaurant’s response to my complaint was inadequate. The delivered food was spoiled. When I reached out to their customer service, I received a generic and dismissive reply that didn’t address my specific concerns. I expected better quality and prompt customer service when ordering online. I’m disappointed and caution others to think twice before ordering from Hyderabad pot biryani . I hope this feedback reaches the management and leads to improvements. I advise others to reconsider until they address these issues. Mirapa kodi chicken biryani did not had evan a single mirchi in it. Just mixed some boneless chicken peices in biryani rice. Raste was awfull did not even felt like eating biryani. would not reconmend.
