Fish & Things is by far one of my favorite places to get food from. The staples are great but the spin the chef puts on the other dishes is amazing! Sorrel ginger salmon, lobster & shrimp Rasta pasta, curry salmon, sweet chili shrimp. There is a true talent in the way the food is prepared and I’m glad I get to have it. Always a full and satisfied customer!

We ordered lunch (curry goat, stew chicken, and escovetich fish) on our back down to Maryland. The food was nice, especially the goat and fish. Will try again next time we are in NYC.

I really wanted to give them a 5 star because I only came for the food but the attitude was disgusting. The goat head was the best I had In very long time, the “bok Choy” was really good too. Will return to try other options on the menu.

Oraccabessa Fish and Thing is one of the most convenient locations in Mount Vernon. I would recommend this location to anyone that is in love with our Jamaica cuisines and also are willing to try a Jamaica dish with a difference, just a twist of the Jamaica. ❤️ ❣️

I gave 5 stars.. Because they’re efficient, courteous, clean, and their food especially the jerk chicken and fish in all their creative dishes are delicious, yummy, and presentation is epic. They deserve an award.

When you’re talking Sweet Chilly wings, you’re really talking about sauce. What makes these wings exceptional is not just flavor, however, but texture: After being deep-fried to the ideal crunch and drenched in sauce, they’re perfect alone or with the side of your choice.
