Took my kids in a few days ago, I was pleased. The play place was actually cleaned, they had crowns one the tables. The food was hot, the chicken nuggets where not cold. My two big kings where made the right way. My daughter asked for a butt load of pickles and they made sure she got them. The managers on where very pleasant, very pleasant. One of them gave us free cookies, this location has changed. It’s cleaner, the staff is friendly.

I ordered on DoorDash and the website said to call the restaurant if I need any modifications, I called like always because this is my 10th doing it. The women was rude saying she can’t do it for some reason even thought every time I order from there they always do it. It’s not asking for much either so I don’t know why she was so rude about it. I ended up canceling with 0 satisfaction. My family was looking forward to eating out today and she had to ruin it.

How is this franchise still in business. Has anyone honestly been happy with their decision to go to Burger King. After you eat here are you throwing away your trash saying “I’m glad I ate that”. The play place is in need of a cleaning , there is old food on top of the net and it stinks , I think it has been a long time since the plastic on the windows in the place. Please have them washed. Keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and finally done. 6 pickles on 1 burger 5 on the other. Way to much ketchup and mustard, takes 3 napkins to slop it off. And burnt buns, hence the extra pickles is my guess. This place needs a overhall on employees, especially at night when you can hear the multi colored hair lady yelling at other employees. If I could give 0 I would.
