I’m reading the 5 star reviews and I’m realizing they are fake reviews so they can keep a barely minimum 3 star rating. This place couldn’t get an order right if their life depended on it. And I’m sick of of hearing “short staffed” as a lame excuse for poor food quality and wrong orders. I can understand slow for a “short staffed” store but you need to make sure the orders are right at the very least. And management isn’t going to do anything because they’re just as apathetic as the obviously burned out employees. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this store is the absolute worst KFC/Taco Bell. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to Walsenburg or the Springs locations.

Honestly everytime I go in there it’s disgusting. Potholes all over the parking lot and stray cats gather around the filth. There’s pretty much always flys all around the property from the litter they never pick up and the workers always have a generally bad attitude. The food is fast food so it’s hard to go wrong but the Taco Bell food is always made sloppily if ever right and the chicken is never fresh. All around a bad experience.

Quality of chicken here is usually good. Occasionally the white meat is very tough probably because they let it sit in the hot box to long. If they ask about substitution for pieces not available they will try to charge you a lot more without asking or explaining why.

Incredibly slow drive through. Employees were apathetic, unfriendly, slow, and one was outside knelt down with some stray cats while she lit her pipe. I imagine it would go faster if employees weren’t outside getting high. Wish I would have read the reviews before stopping here. Management should do something, or owners should get new management.

Oh my goodness. Wow!! We had such a wonderful experience here. The gentleman who took our order was a shining star!! He was so sweet and professional . And our yummy food was so perfect and was I dare say, the absolutely best fried yum I have had in a long time. I will never forget it.
