Waited 45 min for pizza to be delivered. Never was after a phone call saying the driver couldn’t find my address. It’s never been an issue before nor with any other delivery service. Also note this pizza hut is 5 min down the street.

I just moved to mount washington and ordered this travesty. There is no sauce and what’s up with the baby pepperonis? Not to mention there’s about 10 total on the pizza. Too bad I loved Pizza Hut but I won’t be ordering from this one

Won’t be back, ordered carryout, pizzas weren’t ready at time stated when ordered (15 mins later) and one of the pizzas wasn’t even what I ordered. Paid for a 3 topping, only received one topping. Totally went downhill after losing the last manager.

Oh. I guess they farmed out their way to order! You order at a boiler room that’s not at their location. I asked for no onions/hate raw onions/allergic/makes me itch. Also, please cut in squares. Didn’t happen. Raw dough too. Called the location, he said “No, I’m not remaking the pizza”. Gosh, not a person to run a business. He said, “Well, don’t order from the call center. That’s not what I got.” Oh, $40’s later, and I still gave the driver 10 dollars! Never again ! I even made a comment to Pizza Hut Headquarters…Nothing… Never Ever Again.. I work in the Hospitality Industry.! Mistake..never order from this location. Customer Service would go a long way…. hmmm…

we ordered a pizza box from this location at 7:20pm and still not here it 8:50pm. They said it would be 40minutes but the lady barely spoke english. Tried to call back no answer unless u place order. Just got call from manager. not happy!!!
