So this turned into a strange experience as the service was friendly but extremely slow and then someone else got our order and left with it and they had to remake the order over. This all was going on while others come in and placed orders only to wait and then finally get it to go. We did stay and eat since my mother n law has a hard time walking and riding long distances but the whole experience was painful to watch. This location is short staffed and is why they struggled that day not because they were not trying to keep up but they just didn’t have enough help. That is on management to staff properly and yes I know it’s hard to find help that will work. I would like to thank those that were working that night for showing up and doing your best. 3 stars for this location and 5 stars for those working and trying their best.

Went to the drive through at lunch time ordered a two piece original, only to be told it had to be extra crispy as that was all they had. Drove home to eat, and it was terrible! Absolutely no flavor/ spice to it all. Not sure how you screw up KFC but they did

Horrible customer service the man taking my order just stood there looking at me like I was there for something other than to place an order. I had to ask him was he ready to take my order. Definitely won’t ever eat here again. I asked for original chicken just to get back to my truck to realize I had the oldest looking crispy chicken they could find. Needless to say even though I was starving I ended up throwing the whole meal away and wasting 17 on a meal I couldn’t consume. Worst kfc experience
