the employees at this arby’s have been nothing but so sweet and kind every time my boyfriend and i have visited!! i don’t know their names, but the two employees we interacted with tonight (07/03 around 10:30pm) – the cook and the cashier – were phenomenal! incredibly respectful and helpful 🙂 they left a lovely impression! we also work in fast food so i know how it is dealing with customers sometimes.. thank y’all for a great experience~

The food sucked. They diluted the beef and cheddar special sauce to where you couldn’t taste it and it was like water, causing a soggy bun! Seeped out and dripped all over my clothes so my errands were cut short. The crinkle fries were old. It had been 3+ years since the last time I tried Arby’s because the food wasn’t fresh. A different state too, but apparently they don’t train employees how to serve 5 star fresh food. Service was rude because I asked for potato cakes, pointing out they stopped serving those about 2 1/2 years ago, but quick…whoopee! I would rather have FRESH FOOD!! The photo is after I got home and changed my clothes but it’s clear what a mess it made, and how thin that sauce is! I hope my jeans aren’t ruined!!

We used to go to the Arby’s in Eustis Florida all the time and because of that Arby’s became our favorite fast food chain they would give us tons of meat on their sandwiches I went to the Arby’s in Callaway and look how much meat was on half of my sandwich

I have been using drive-through for about a year now and have always enjoyed the food and service. The other day was my first time inside and was immediately greeted by employees behind the counter. As anyone in Callaway knows, it is hard to find a good clean atmosphere at most fast food chains around here, but to my surprise, this location was clean and modern looking. The food, like always, was great and will continue to eat there, just inside more often now.
