Every once in a while we like Papa J’s, and this is the closest one to us. I think because they’re servicing such a large area they’re always busy, and always seem overwhelmed. They don’t seem to have a good handle on greeting people and finding their order quickly. But the pizza is good.

Worst papa John’s we have ever ordered from! We got 2 medium pizzas and they didn’t even make a pizza! It was so misshapen. They didn’t do anything to fix it either so good luck ordering from them. Worst place and worst customer service. Don’t waste your money here.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for any restaurant. I ordered and had it delivered and it was delivered within 30 minutes which I give 5 stars for. I had Papa John’s one other time in California and it was delicious. This time however it was a bunch of dough with a lot of sauce and the toppings were scarce. If your looking for a good quality pizza don’t order from this Papa John’s. If your just coming on from a night of drinking and your hungry well, this will still satisfy.

This was absolutely the worst experience with customer service i have ever had to deal with: i had ordered food and got it delivered, my order was wrong, there was black hair on the pizza. When i called to talk to the store about it, the guy who answered was extremely rude and i heard him say “someone come get this phone because im not doing this” then they proceded to put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and they put me on hold again. Refused to give me back my money and everything. I will contact corporate tomorrow.

Food is always delicious from here, at times the employees can get taken away from the front. And they alternate people up front. Causing people to give out wrong items or missing something. They are quick to fix mistakes, but they’re mistakes that shouldn’t be made. They are nice, but need a better system.

I had a take out order. When I went to pick up, the employees were all busy watching an NBA game. No one came to the counter and asked why I was there. Was there for 5 minutes before an employee finally came and asked if I was there to pick up an order. How can you guys ignore a customer on the counter? I understand it’s Playoffs but your job is your job.
