The food is great! The service is always good! It’s nice to finally get a nice new restaurant on the Southside of San Antonio that isn’t another taco house. It’s still kind of next to a rough neighborhood but I didn’t run into any disgruntled people in the parking lot or restaurant itself. There was graffiti in the men’s stall already after being open for only a couple weeks though. I would definitely come back!

The atmosphere is nice and seating took about 30 minutes. Shane was polite and he was friendly. The favored teas seemed watered down. Ordered the steak and tenders combo and it was okay. Tenders were over fried and chicken was dry. My son had a side of fully loaded fries, but the cheese was under the fries stuck to the paper. The chicken pot pie was good. We ordered dessert to go, and the main piece was not in the bag when we got home. There was a lot of training going on and it’s definitely needed. I hope with time it’ll get better. We’ll eat here again.

I love the food at Cheddar’s. I’ve been coming here for years so when I found out the SE side was getting one, I had to come! They just opened so keep in mind wait times. Definitely check-in online or you’ll have to wait 1.5 hours during peak times.

It’s opening day came by cause I’m sure the whole SE side is excited. Wait was 30 minutes but you should expect longer for opening day! It was well worth it! It was extremely clean environment was uplifting, my server was Serenity, she was very nice bubbly, came quickly with drinks got my food in stayed attentive to my needs. She brought my food out it was hot and delicious!!! Over all loved the whole experience, food and server were amazing, next time will definitely look out for the same server cause if she great me great service on the busiest days then I know she’ll always give it! Great job guys

We went as a family to celebrate our grandmas 70th Birthday, started off great until we got no refills on drinks the whole 2 hours we were there, waited over an hour for our food, steaks came out hard as a rock, another did not receive his burger until 15 mins after they gave us our meals, and one of the children got a burger with mold! The manager on duty simply didn’t care about anyone’s issues. Definitely will not be returning again!

This is actually my favorite place, but we went to this new location for Father’s Day. We waited for our food over 2 hours, Im hoping that it was due to the occasion. Our food was not great, the building was extremely hot. The painkiller bread and drink always on the spot.
