I visited the location on Cooper Rd and Warner Rd on March 22nd at approximately 1:30pm. I ordered the Jalapeno Ranch salad with chicken. Upon shaking my salad with the dressing, I noticed some small dark looking pieces. After further investigation, I found multiple big pieces of this slimy, dark, ROTTEN lettuce. This is disgusting and I expected much better. On top of that, this location NEVER gives a receipt. No hello, no smile, no thank you. Terrible customer service and rotten food.

Healthy choices at affordable prices. The line at lunch can be impossible. You can still in the morning and pick up a salad for lunch to avoid the lines. Chicken tastes canned but is acceptable for the price. The steak isn’t good enough to justify the upcharge.

I’ve been here quite a number of times. Salads are always fresh. The greens are nice and crispy. The cucumber mint lemonade is my favorite, however the new blueberry basil is very good as well. I will say that the quantity of salad seems to be reduced as of late, but the prices have not gone up. I suppose this is how they are handling inflation.

Wow!! The two lovely ladies working this Saturday morning were helpful, we were greeted immediately upon approaching the menu. Our order was taken promptly. The service we were given was fast great and with a smile! We got to the office and opened our breakfast burritos and wow! They were fantastic. Great value, wonderful service, scrumptious food! First of all, I’ll a Salad and Go fan. But I just ordered 2 Thai wraps and they didn’t include the sauce and I live 25 miles away in Maricopa so driving back isn’t an option. First time ordering at this location I’ve never had an issue before. Wont return to this one.

I’m not sure what is going on at this location. The drive thru takes about 45 minutes but it used to be a lot quicker. They used to fill the bowls pretty well but the portions of food are really small now, specifically the protein.

We really love salad and go and think they’re an excellent addition to the “fast food” market. We’ve had a few issues where we won’t get the meat in our salad or other things like that. They move fast so it makes sense things go wrong at times.

They absolutely killed it! I had 7 salads, all with substitutions, and I could not get the app to work. They took the order at the window for me, even though I am sure they were not happy about it. Once my order was put in, they had all the salads done in like 5 minutes!!
