I stopped in on 7/1/23 as a (poorly trained) “manager” unloaded on an employee who seemed simply to be competently doing his job. This was appalling: I will never support Jimmy John’s here or elsewhere based on this amazingly cringy experience.

I feel like this location is a little bit.. cramped? Maybe that’s just me. But the staff was very friendly and they prepared my order quickly and professionally. As far as the food goes… it’s Jimmy John’s, so it’s basically the same as any other location, and that’s not a complaint.

Word of advice to people ordering delivery from this location, check your front door step for your food every 5 minutes. Because they just leave your order on your front door step with no knock, doorbell ring, or phone call letting you know they’ve delivered the food… smh.

Poor customer service. After I asked for a bag to put my sandwiches in, the manager opened the bag and placed it on the counter and told me that she put napkins in the bag. She then walked away without putting the sandwiches in the bag. I was told that I have to ask to have the sandwiches put in the bag and that’s Jimmy John’s policy.

I am disappointed in this location. We adore Jmy John’s … All through my pregnancy I dreamed of Jimmy John’s… And both times I have come here since giving birth they have messed up my order. They offer to remake it, which is awesome of them, but I’m not wasting the gas or getting my baby back in his car seat. I just want it done right the first time. It’s adding bacon, not rocket science.
