Ordered a bowl with double meat and fajita veggies (among other items). Very stingy on the meat and if there were veggies in there I missed them. Including Guac was over $18. What a ripoff. Ordered a kids quesadilla… no cheese inside.

I’d love to give 5 stars but this place appears to be too busy or understaffed or disorganized or something. The flow isn’t right. Staff was not friendly. They seem overworked. I placed a take out order, it wasn’t ready. I asked if utensils were in the bag, they weren’t. I was told the utensils were near the drink dispenser. Nope! Empty. No napkins either. I went back to ask the guy for some, he was aggravated (because he was so busy) gave me what I needed while other people were trying to get the same thing.

Order was completely wrong. Somehow, guac ended up outside of the bowl, rather than inside. Food is very cold. Employees refuse to pickup the phone and purposely hang up when we attempted to contact for at least a partial refund for missing order items. Wouldn’t be surprised if we somehow got food poisoning from this location. If I could give this place negative stars, just for sheer incompetence, I absolutely would. Do not go here.

Came to grab dinner after watching a movie at Cinepolis next door and they’re pretty much out of everything. No white rice, no black beans…. etc. I was there 45 minutes before closing. What on Earth? They said they could make some but it would be 30 to 40 minute wait. Insane.
