Drive thru order. Very polite in taking my order and helpful. There was no wait to order. The wait for my food was was about 10 minutes total. I will say the fried were too salty. I think that one employee salted them and then another employee salted them again not knowing that they were all ready salted. I’ve seen that happen before in another McDonald’s when I dining in. Over all I am a pleased customer.

My French fries were cold! The ice cream machine was down, so they could not make the oreo mcFlurry… I heard the person behind me order an ice cream item also, so there’s definitely a loss in money that Macdonald’s could be making and are not!

This restaurant has consistently since it opened has had incredibly slow service and the dining room is dirty. It’s the most convenient location for us but sadly it has serious problem with getting workers that are efficient. They need better training for their mostly young working staff.

I spent the day caring for my sick dads yard, (he has cancer) I’m heading home starving so I place a Mobil order, pull into spot 5 and check in. After 20 min a kid comes out with my double cheeseburger and fry (they wernt even busy) I say thank you he replies yep. (Which I find rude they should thank their customers) I roll my windows up it’s hot I open the bag and 2 flies fly out of the bag. My best guess is my food sat for a long time before they brought it out. I took it in and said no thanks and drove home. I email corporate they quickly respond saying they forwarded it to the store and never got a reply. First complaint would be, if you want to make 14$ a hour to dip burgers learn to thank your customers for their business. Lastly how are you going to serve food 20 min later having me wait and have flies in the bag. I mean how is that even possible? I never got my money back and frankly don’t care, I will never return.

Me and my family went to McDonald’s to get some breakfast we came home and opened up our food I opened Up my biscuits and gravy and it was burnt So I Flipped it over and the bottom Was literally clear, it looks like plastic. The container even came all cringled as if it melted in the microwave. NEVER COMING AGAIN

The food is typically packaged well. The service is quick and the facility is fairly clean. It is nice that they have a play area for kids. It’s a large incentive for us to come here. Obviously, this is still just a McDonald’s, so the rating is really relative to other McDonald’s.

I ordered online to speed up the process. Pulled up to the window and was told to park in a spot and they would bring it out. Lots of teenage employees laughing and playing around watching a few other employees work. I waited and waited. I went inside to find out they had given my order to another person and there was multiple hands on my order. Currently waiting on my order to be remade. So now a quick stop has been way too long. Whoever owns this should have better management in place. Every time I’m in here kids are playing instead of working. Send these people in chik fil a to take notes

They always tell you to pull up in drive through regardless if you’re the only car there or there’s 50. Then you sit for a good 20 minutes waiting for your cold food to come out with one napkin in the bag for a $40 order.
