This Sonic has been steadily going downhill for a while. They hardly ever get the order right. Today for example, one burger only had meat and cheese on it and nothing else, the other one that wasn’t supposed to have cheese on it. Had cheese, one pickle and one little sliver no bigger than a dime of lettuce. Everything was right on the ticket so it has to be the lazy people in the kitchen not caring at all. Which is getting to be the norm at most fastfood burger places. This Sonic should just serve drinks and not food.

Left Wendy’s a few minutes ago without getting service. The place seemed so depressing and dirty. Nobody would take our order anyways so I was happy to leave. Probably safer I did too! We came to sonic, me and my daughter for fries and a shake. Amazing service, so happy and cheerful. Delicious and fresh fries! Excellent

Had an emergency and needed to use the restroom, and they denied me, saying they couldn’t even open the door because it’s blocked. How can you operate a business and deny your employees a functioning bathroom during their shift. If that’s not the case, then the employee lied to me, which is very rude. It would’ve been different if it wasn’t an emergency. Shame on Sonic for one of those things or both you decide.
